customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity
for a Customer Support Officer to join our high-caliber customer service team
at our head office in Wakerley, Brisbane.
The Customer Support team is a
well-respected team within Insignia. They provide our customers with
exceptional remote support, troubleshooting, and outcomes on the latest
mobility and traceability hardware and software.
Here is what you will be doing day to day:
- Provide
exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Diagnose
and provide troubleshooting support related to insignia products
encompassing a wide range of home electronics, smart devices, and
appliances.
- Assist
customers with product setup, configuration, and problem resolution.
- Maintain
detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate
documentation.
- Collaborate
effectively with fellow support technicians to resolve customer technical
problems.
- Stay
current with insignia's product offerings and technical specifications to
deliver accurate and practical support.
- Escalate
advanced technical issues to specialized teams when necessary.
- Strive
for first-contact issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
About you
- Proven
experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey
complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional
problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
- Patience,
empathy, and a customer-focused approach when assisting individuals with
technical difficulties.
- Ability
to thrive in a collaborative team environment within a fast-paced work
setting.
- Familiarity
with CRM systems and helpdesk software is advantageous
